For efficient utilisation of office space, please DO NOT book the Free Seating area if the group event is for less than 10 person.

You are only allow to book the Free Seating area up to a maximum of 2 times a week.

If you are doing a video shoot, you can only choose the morning time slots and should complete by 12 noon.
