Failure to implement the below procedures will attract a Fine of S$50.

Level 3

Please turn off the toilet’s light at Level 3
Please turn off the walkway light at Level 3
Please turn off the AC. Remote can take from the Reception (Level 2). Do ensure the door leading to toilet is closed and locked too.
Please turn off the staircase light to Level 3

Level 2

Please close and lock the back door at Level 2.
Please turn off the toilet’s light at Level 2.
Please turn off the lights and fans at the pantry.
Please turn off all the AC at the Free Seating area using the remote.
The AC remote can be found in the wooden crate box on the table.
Please shut down the Computer and turn off the speaker.
Please turn off the floor lamp at the Lounge.
Please turn off the AC at the Lounge.
Please turn off the TV and Nintendo Switch at the Lounge.
Please turn off the lights and AC when you are not using it or leaving the Boardroom.
Please turn off the LED signboard at the Reception.
Please turn off all the lights at Level 2 entrance.
Please turn off the Master switch at Level 2 entrance.

Level 1

Please turn off the staircase light to next to the wooden door.
Please close the wooden door at the Level 1 and make sure the digital lock is fully locked before you leave.
